DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client Success Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and Engaging Patients:

    • Create an inviting environment, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they step in.

    • Keep the energy upbeat and the waiting room buzzing with positivity.

  • Proactive Client Support:

    • Take initiative to anticipate patient needs and address them promptly. Spot opportunities to improve our service and implement solutions.

    • You are the face of the business. First impressions count and you take every opportunity to personalise our service.

  • Social Media and Content Creation:

    • Dedicate a few hours weekly to developing creative, engaging content. This includes planning, filming and editing. An eye for detail is essential.

    • Showcase our clinic’s personality and success stories through photos, videos, and posts.

    • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to design and execute our content schedule.

  • Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns:

    • Closely work with our Marketing Manager to plan and implement impactful SMS and email campaigns to attract and retain clients. Your ideas will help shape our brand’s future!

    • You will receive full training on our in house marketing software to manage campaigns from beginning to end.

  • Administrative Excellence:

    • Efficiently and effectively manage reception tasks like scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining records—all with an eye for detail and efficiency.

    • Take pride in our workplace appearance by performing light cleaning duties such as washing towels, vacuuming, tidying and dusting.

    • Speed to response - prioritising phone calls and managing inbound leads.

    • High technological literacy

  • Securing outbound leads

    • Executing marketing campaigns and staying on top of leads in multiple forms such as SMS, phone call and email.

    • A history of sales is strongly desired.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

  • You must have the right to work in Australia

  • Experience is great, but the right attitude and willingness to work are the best attributes!

  • Ideally full time, but minimum of 20 hours per week in Waverton 2060. Full commitment is all we do! This isn't an in-between job.

  • Be willing to travel as required between our locations in Waverton, Freshwater and North Ryde so own car required.

  • Have flexible availability to cover both early starts (8am) or late finishes (7pm)

  • A marketing degree or experience with GoHighLevel highly desired.
