What career progression do you offer?
We understand first hand the limitations of career progression within most clinics. They simply don't have the scope to offer you more. We are continuing to grow our team to include Senior Clinical Mentors, Team Leaders, Clinic Leaders, Subject Matter Experts - and one day, you could be CEO!
Do you offer non clinical roles?
Absolutely. Passionate physios can have a greater impact as leaders and mentors of less experienced therapists. We prioritise tailoring our roles to what makes YOU tick. Whether this is a purely clinical or management role, or a hybrid of both clinical and management role, SPG offers career progression you didn't know was possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Physio at SPG, you will be responsible for:
All the usual Physio stuff, but at a level exceeding the everyday:
Performing comprehensive physical assessments
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, considering both short-term and long-term physical health goals.
Providing a full range of physiotherapy services, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education on self-care practices.
Educating patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of ongoing physical wellness, and the importance of committing to treatment.
Collaborating with our team of experienced physios, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and an excellent patient experience.
Staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and continuing education opportunities to provide the best care possible.
On top of that, we recognize your experience and value the need for career progression in private practice. You will also be responsible for
training and mentoring other physios to offer the same level of exceptional care you offer your patients
